k, what is the best eyeliner that will last on your waterline? it can be gel, or pencil, I'm not bothered. Please keep in mind that I'm Canadian, too.

When I line my waterline with eyeliner, it's always all smudged off or smeared at the corner of my eye within an hour or two. The closest thing I've gotten to say was MAC Fluidline.

If any of you ladies have suggestions, I want to hear 'em!

Hi, I've been looking at the comm for a while, but haven't posted any pics yet. I've taken pictures, but I inevitably look horrible in them :-(

Anyway, what black eyeliner would you recommend? I want one that will stay on through hayfever and is truly black.

I am using rimmel eye liner right now for the inpart of my eye, but after like an hour it starts to run off.
any ideas or different brands I could use.
